What is your service area? +
We currently serve Medina, Lorain, Summit, and Cuyahoga counties in Northeast Ohio. For any job, both the pickup and drop-off locations must be within one of these four counties. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, enter your ZIP code on the booking form — it will tell you instantly.
What if my job is partially outside your service area? +
If either your pickup or drop-off is outside our four counties, we may not be able to accommodate that run. Contact us directly to discuss — there may be exceptions for certain jobs depending on distance and specifics.
How do permit runs work? +
You submit your booking request and provide your permit application documents (by upload, email, or we pick them up from your location). Our staff reviews your request, looks up all applicable city and county fees, and sends you a secure payment link with the full total before we start. You approve the total, and we handle the rest — walking in the application, waiting if needed, and delivering the approved permit back to you.
How is permit pricing determined? +
Our listed runner fee ($65–$95) covers our time, travel, and handling of your application. City and county permit fees are separate and vary by municipality and project type — we look them up after you submit your request and include them in your payment link, so the total you pay covers everything. No surprises.
What documents do I need for a permit run? +
Requirements vary by municipality and permit type. Generally you'll need the completed application, your contractor license, certificate of insurance (COI), and project specifications. We review your submission when you book and will flag anything that looks missing before we start the run.
Can you file my permit application online? +
Yes — our Online Permit Filing + Pickup & Delivery service covers exactly this. We file on your behalf online, then pick up the approved permit once it's ready and deliver it to you. You don't need to go anywhere at all — just upload or email us your documents.
What is a BMV Power of Attorney and do I need one? +
Ohio law requires a notarized BMV Power of Attorney authorizing us to act on your behalf at the BMV. For registration renewals, that's form 5736. For title transfers, it's form 3771. We'll let you know which form you need (if any) and exactly how to complete it when you book — before you pay anything.
What's the difference between Standard and Priority BMV runs? +
Standard ($39) — your registration is batched with our other BMV runs that day and completed by end of day. Priority ($59) — a dedicated trip just for your job, fastest turnaround, ideal when you need it done immediately same day.
Are BMV/title fees included in the price? +
No — BMV registration fees and title transfer fees are state fees that vary by vehicle and situation. Like permit fees, we look these up and include them in your payment link before we start, so you pay the full total in one place and we cover those fees on your behalf during the run.
How do I pay? +
For delivery and errand services, payment is collected by credit or debit card when you book online. For permit, filing, and BMV services, we review your request first, then text you a secure Stripe payment link with the full amount (our runner fee + any government fees) before we start the run.
Is my payment secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms available. We never store your card information — everything is handled directly by Stripe's secure, encrypted system.
How fast are runs completed? +
Standard BMV runs are batched with our other runs that day — completed by end of day. Priority BMV runs get a dedicated trip for the fastest possible turnaround. Permit and delivery runs depend on city hall hours and job specifics — we'll give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your booking.
How do I track my job? +
After you book, you'll receive a tracking code by text message. Visit the Track a Job page and enter your code to see your job's current status in real time. You'll also receive automatic text updates as each stop is completed.
What is a Standing Client Profile? +
If you're a contractor or business that runs permits or BMV trips regularly, a Standing Profile lets us store your license, registration, and insurance information on file. Future bookings become much faster — just tell us the job address and scope of work, and we're ready to go. Ask us about it when you book your first run.
Do you handle pharmacy or alcohol/tobacco pickups? +
We do not currently handle prescription/pharmacy pickups or alcohol/tobacco purchases as part of our errand runs.

We're happy to help.
